Class types
We love to mix up our pilates workouts, and know you’ll fall in love with it too. In our pilates studio you’ll get to enjoy flowing moves on the Mat with a variety of props, combined with weighted resistance work on the Reformer, all in the one class! This integrated style keeps classes interesting and fun. We’ve designed a range of different class types to cater to your ever-changing moods, experience and fitness levels.

As the name suggests, you’ll get a more intense workout with challenging exercises, spicy progressions and an extra serving of that sweet pilates burn! Suitable for intermediate to advanced levels. Pregnancy friendly if you’re already very active and experienced in pilates (after all, Serena Williams won a Grand Slam when she was 5 months pregnant!).
-
This is a short and sweet class (30 min full body workout). So you can squeeze in your pilates fix and get back to your day! All levels welcome.
-
If your body needs some rest and recovery, this is the class for you! We'll take you through a 50 minute class full of stretching, with a short breathing exercise or meditation to end.

This is your time to unwind, move your body and get your groove back postpartum. We don’t have a creche so please bring something for your bub to lounge on by your reformer, so they can cheer you on in comfort. Things can get a little dangerous with moving beds and springs once bubs are on the move, so we can only have bubs who are at the crawling stage if they’re happy to chill in their pram.
