Eden Spa House is a hidden sanctuary of wellness and rejuvenation, and we’ve hired out the entire space for 2 hours to help you wind down with us after a long week of work. Here’s what’s included:
Your Friday night plans sorted - get cosy as we head into colder months and wake up feeling AMAZING on Saturday morning!
30 minutes of guided pilates exercises, stretches and a short meditation on the mat, followed by:
90 minutes of exclusive use of their beautiful big sauna, hot tubs and cold plunge pool
All attendees receive 10% off their next solo visit to Eden Spa House
