Social sweat & soak event

Next Session - Friday 15th August @ 6pm

We have your Friday night plans sorted… Eden Spa House is a hidden sanctuary of wellness and rejuvenation, and we’ve hired out the entire space for 2 hours to help you wind down with us after a long week of work. Get cosy as we head into colder months and wake up feeling AMAZING on Saturday morning!

Here’s what’s included:

• (OPTIONAL) 30 minutes of guided Pilates, Stretching & Meditation on the Mat from 6:00-6:30pm, followed by:

• Exclusive use of their beautiful big sauna, hot tubs and cold plunge pool from 6:30-8:00pm

• All attendees receive 10% off their next solo visit to Eden Spa House

• Pilates mats provided

Pricing for 90 minute event (Sweat & Soak ONLY)

• $55 for Sun Studio Members on Weekly Subscriptions

• $65 for Class Pack Holders

Pricing for 2 hour event (30 mins Pilates, Stretch, Meditation AND 90 minute Sweat & Soak)

• $70 for Sun Studio Members on Weekly Subscriptions

• $80 for Class Pack Holders

As spaces are limited, and we pay for hire of the space in advance, there are no refunds on these event tickets.
